The President of the Parliament, Igor Grosu, will carry out working visits to Slovenia and Hungary next week, where he has scheduled meetings with high-ranking officials and representatives of various companies. According to the legislature, the discussions will focus on bilateral relations, interparliamentary cooperation, and support for the European path of the Republic of Moldova, reports IPN.

In Ljubljana, Igor Grosu will meet with the President of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, the President of the National Assembly, Zoran Stevanović, the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Tone Kajzer, as well as with the chairpersons of the parliamentary committees for foreign affairs and European affairs, Franc Breznik and Andreja Katič.

Additionally, the head of the legislature will visit the Slovenian pharmaceutical company KRKA. The discussions will focus on the company’s activities and development prospects, as well as the possibilities of strengthening economic cooperation in the pharmaceutical field.

Subsequently, Igor Grosu will make a working visit to Budapest, where he will meet with the President of the National Assembly of Hungary, Ágnes Forsthoffer, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anita Orbán. In addition, the President of the Parliament will have a meeting with representatives of the airline company Wizz Air, during which the expansion of air connectivity of the Republic of Moldova and the possibility of opening new connections for Moldovan passengers will be discussed.
