The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns citizens in the United Kingdom that the Goretti storm will bring severe weather conditions to several regions of the country. British authorities forecast strong gusts of wind, snowfall, heavy rain and large waves on the coast, as well as possible disruptions in transportation and electricity supply, reports IPN.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends Moldovans to avoid non-essential travel, to carefully plan their trips and to follow the instructions of local authorities and emergency services.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns citizens in the United Kingdom that the Goretti storm will bring severe weather conditions to several regions of the country. British authorities forecast strong gusts of wind, snowfall, heavy rain and large waves on the coast, as well as possible disruptions in transportation and electricity supply, reports IPN.

At least three people have lost their lives, and nearly 60 were injured following the Russian attacks on Ukraine. At the same time, Russian authorities announced that 61 people were injured in the drone attack on the Moscow region, reports IPN.

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that Russia has launched over 40 missiles at Ukraine, most of them targeting Kiev, and 120 attack drones. According to him, just in the last week, Russian forces have used approximately 1,450 attack drones, over 1,640 guided air bombs, and 99 missiles. The leader from Kiev has requested the acceleration of anti-aircraft defense system deliveries and the maintenance of international pressure on Moscow.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has announced that two people have been killed and another 42, including eight children, have been injured in the Zaporizhia region. In Kiev and the capital region, one death and 16 injuries have been reported, and the rescue teams continue their operations.

On the other hand, Russian authorities have announced a massive drone attack on Moscow and the capital region. Mayor Serghei Sobyanin stated that over 400 drones were headed towards the region between 20:30-05:00, most of which were intercepted by anti-aircraft defense, and another 85 shot down near the city.

The Governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobiov, announced that 61 people were injured, of which nine are in serious condition. The majority of victims were recorded in Elektrostal. In addition, residences, automobiles, and civil infrastructure objectives were damaged in Podolsk, Domodedovo and the Odintsovo urban district.
