The activity of the Palanca border crossing point is temporarily suspended due to a malfunction in the communication network. The General Inspectorate of the Border Police recommends travelers to opt, until the fault is rectified, for crossing the border through the Tudora PTF, reports IPN.
IGPF states that the breakdown affected the internet connection and the operation of the information systems used in border control.
According to the authorities, the malfunction occurred outside the area where the border police operate, and the technical team of the responsible operator is taking the necessary measures to remedy it.
