Approximately 500 companies are expected at the 24th edition of the national exhibition “Made in Moldova”, which will take place in January, at Moldexpo. Among the novelties of the edition are the gastronomic area “The Court of Moldovan Tastes” and “The Route of the 24 Discoveries”, dedicated to local producers, reports IPN.

In a press conference, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, Sergiu Harea, stated that the exhibition will take place from January 27th to 31st and will occupy an area of three thousand square meters within the Moldexpo complex and another 300 square meters outside.

In the gastronomic area “The Courtyard of Moldovan Flavors”, visitors will be able to discover and taste traditional products offered by local producers. At the same time, “The Route of the 24 Discoveries” will include visits to the stands of native companies, tastings and discussions with the producers.

The program will also include the business forum “Moldova Presents”, aimed at facilitating contacts between Moldovan entrepreneurs and foreign partners. The organizers intend to invite delegations from Switzerland, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Romania, in order to identify new opportunities for cooperation, attracting investments and expanding exports.

Also, representatives of commercial networks from the Republic of Moldova will be invited to discuss with producers about possible partnerships and the marketing of local products in stores.

Companies interested in participating can submit their files to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry until December 18th. The first ten applicants will benefit from a 10% discount on the participation fee.

According to the organizers, previous editions have attracted between 50 and 70 thousand visitors. The exhibition has been organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2002, with the aim of promoting local products and services and developing business relationships.
