The president of the Party “Action and Solidarity” Maia Sandu, who was invested Prime Minister last Saturday, said everyone should understand that the process of changing the power is irreversible. “Yes, they can try and incite violence, but this would be very serious and the consequences for them would be very grave,” stated Maia Sandu. “For anyone who can read the law, it is absolutely clear that the Constitutionals Court’s decisions are abusive and illegal. They should not image that everyone will forget and ignore things and will have discussions with the PDM.”

“No one sticks to posts. We are all ready to vacate our seats, but the administration should be transferred to a legitimate Government,” stated acting Prime Minister Pavel Filip, who is the first vice president of the Democratic Party of Moldova. Asked if the Democratic Party exerts pressure on the Constitutional Court judges, Pavel Filip said he does not know about the PDM’s control over the CC and does not believe that these judges allow to be influenced somehow. “These judges are irremovable and therefore cannot be influenced,” he stated.

Those Constitutional Court decisions cannot run counter to the Constitution. What the so-called Constitutional Court did is namely violation of the Constitution’s provisions.”.

A group of teachers of the Technical University of Moldova signed a statement by which they state their support for the Government led by Maia Sandu. It is my duty to compile the exhaustive list of these persons – former state functionaries, former and current MPs. I hope that next week we will furnish more important and interesting information,” he noted.
