After the cessation of tractor production in 1991, the “Tracom” company – one of the largest economic hubs in the capital – has focused on managing and leasing the real estate assets it owns.
Through a decision approved in July this year, the Government has granted the enterprise more autonomy, giving it the right to directly conclude lease or surface contracts with residents for the park’s lands, buildings, and infrastructure.
The authorities have specified that these changes will boost the attraction of new investments and will eliminate administrative obstacles in the path of industrial development.
