Meteorologists announce that the snowfall will continue on Wednesday night into Thursday. There will be light snow over large areas, isolated precipitation can be moderate. According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, during the day on Thursday the sky will be clear and there will be no significant precipitation, ice will remain on the roads, there will be light fog in the south of the country, IPN reports.
Nighttime temperatures will fluctuate between -12 and -7 degrees, while daytime highs will vary between -3 and +2 degrees Celsius. At night, the wind will blow from the northwest at 7-12 meters per second, and during the day – from the southwest.
The orange snowfall warning in the south and the yellow code in the center of the country are valid until Wednesday evening, at 08:00 PM.
