The debate on the simple motion against the policies of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has been postponed for two weeks. The permanent office of the Parliament approved the agenda of the plenary session scheduled for Friday, March 20, reports IPN.
The motion will be debated on April 2.
During the Friday session, the deputies will examine several bill projects in the first reading. Among these are the denunciation of the Agreement of Establishment and the Statute of the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as the Protocol to the Agreement of Establishment of the CIS.
The agenda also includes the project on value added tax and excise duties applied in the eastern localities of the country, as well as initiatives for the development of short supply chains for agri-food products.
In the first reading, amendments to the Law on State Protection and Guard Service will be analyzed, as well as a project that regulates the technical-material assurance and other aspects of activity of some authorities subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Parliament will examine and ratify several international treaties, among which is the Agreement with Ukraine on cooperation in the field of repatriation of unaccompanied children, signed in Kiev on February 10 and the Protocol amending the Convention for the protection of individuals with regard to the automated processing of personal data, signed in Strasbourg in 2023.
On the agenda is also the bill regarding the accession of the Republic of Moldova to the Convention on the limitation of liability for maritime claims and to the 1996 Protocol amending it.
In the second reading, deputies will examine the bill regarding the costs of judicial expertise and the initiative that regulates the activity of real estate agents.
