The 11th edition of one of the most awaited sports events of the year will take place on September 28, with the strategic support of maib and Mastercard, and with a new name: Chisinau Marathon by maib | mastercard 2025.
It marks the first time the country’s largest bank and one of the world’s leading payment and technology companies have joined such a partnership. This collaboration highlights the brands’ commitment to supporting sports, performance, a healthy and active lifestyle, and the community where they operate.
The partnership between maib, Mastercard, and the event organizer, Sporter, includes several exciting surprises. The first one benefits maib Mastercard cardholders.
Marathon participants who pay the registration fee using a maib Mastercard card will receive a 15% discount. Registration is already open!
