Maib, the leader of the banking sector in Moldova, has been ranked among the country’s TOP 10 Best Employers, according to the “Employer Brand Perception Survey 2024” conducted by AXA Management Consulting. This recognition is particularly valuable, as the survey reflects employees’ perceptions of working conditions, compensation, benefits, development opportunities, growth prospects, and internal culture.
This marks maib‘s first participation in the survey, confirming the success of its employee-centred strategy and commitment to investing in its people.
