Block administrators in the Republic of Moldova have at their disposal a practical guide that can help them manage condominiums more efficiently and apply legal provisions in the field more easily. In this regard, the “Block Administrator’s Book” was launched, which will be distributed free of charge in a print run of 3 thousand copies, reports IPN.

The publication was developed by the Regional Development Agency of Chisinau municipality, based on the issues and needs reported by condominium administrators during training sessions organized in recent years. Among the identified difficulties are the interpretation of the regulatory framework, the organization of current activities, and communication with tenants.

According to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, the guide provides practical information about the management of homeowners’ associations, budget and tariff management, attracting investments for buildings and courtyards, as well as about the arrangement and maintenance of common areas.

The guide is aimed at both block administrators and tenants’ associations, as well as other individuals involved in the management of common property. Traffic on Minsk Street in the capital will be suspended from July 20-24. The restrictions target the section between Hanul Morii and Cetatea Alba streets, in the Botanica sector. To reach the area, drivers will be able to use Tașkent Street, reports IPN.

The measure was established based on a provision of the City Hall of Chisinau and is necessary for the execution of connection works to the water supply and sewerage networks on Tallin Street, 21.

During the interventions, temporary road signs and protective barriers will be installed in the area. After the completion of the works, the road surface will be restored.

The General Inspectorate of Police recommends drivers to drive cautiously, to respect temporary road signs and to choose alternative routes to avoid traffic jams and delays.
