Energocom Company, designated as a natural gas supplier with public service obligations, has opened a new Customer Relations Center in the city of Chisinau, on Ion Creanga Street 6V, which will be operational starting March 2. With the inauguration of this, the Moldovagaz office on Alexandr Pushkin Street 64 ceases its activity, reports IPN.
The new center will provide services such as submitting applications for reconnecting the consumption site, issuing or correcting invoices, and concluding natural gas supply contracts. Also, here you can obtain information and assistance for other requests related to the supply of natural gas.
The center will operate from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM, without a lunch break. The call-center service remains available at the number 1304.
Energocom has taken over the supply of natural gas from Moldovagaz, as part of the public service obligation, starting from September 1, 2025.
