The payment of social assistance and allowances granted to families has been funded. Beneficiaries can collect the money after the payments are processed through the government’s electronic payment service Mpay, reports IPN.
The National House of Social Insurance specifies that the total volume of funds is 315.7 million lei.
This is about payments granted at the birth of the child, for the upbringing and care of children, including twins, as well as paternal and maternity allowances.
At the same time, both the allowances for temporary incapacity for work and social assistance were covered.
CNAS recommends to parents, after registering the child’s birth at the Public Services Agency, to open a social card at any commercial bank in Moldova, in order to receive benefits wherever they may be.
