Another unmanned aircraft has flown over the national airspace, in the area of Lunga, Dubasari district. According to the Ministry of Defense, as a result of the incident, the airspace in the north and center of the country was temporarily closed, reports IPN.

The flying apparatus was detected by the integrated national monitoring system at 10:26 AM. The Air Operations Service continues to monitor the airspace, in coordination with the competent authorities and partners.

The Minister of Defense, Anatolie Nosatii, told the press that it is about a jet drone, which travels at a speed of over 400 kilometers per hour. According to him, the device entered the national airspace from the Transnistrian region and moved towards Soroca. He specified that this is the 84th case of national airspace overflight.

The incident occurred just hours after another unmanned aerial vehicle crashed and exploded in an open area outside the village of Harbovat, in the Anenii Noi district. The explosion took place near a communications antenna, which showed signs of metal deformation and traces of the blast, though communications services remained unaffected.

For the local elections and the local referendum on November 1, 12 polling stations will be opened in seven localities across the country. Their number was determined by the Central Electoral Commission, reports IPN.

CEC specifies that in the city of Costesti from the Rascani district, four sections will be opened, and in the localities of Chirsova and Tomai from UTA Gagauzia, two sections will operate. According to the Commission, a polling station will be opened in the village of Hasnasenii Mari from the Drochia district and in the village of Delacau from the Anenii Noi district. Also, a polling station will operate in the villages of Cairaclia and Novosiolovca from the Taraclia district.

On November 1, new local elections will take place for the election of the mayor in Cairaclia and Novosiolovca from Taraclia district, Costesti from Rascani district, Hasnasenii Mari from Drochia district, as well as Chirsova from UTA Gagauzia. In the village of Tomai from UTA Gagauzia, elections are scheduled for the Village Council, while in the village of Delacau from Anenii Noi district, a local referendum will take place regarding the prohibition of mineral resource exploitation less than one kilometer from the local built-up area.

Last night, the Russian army launched a massive attack with drones and approximately 20 missiles on Kiev and the region of the Ukrainian capital. Three people died, including a child, and another seven were injured, reports IPN.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, four sectors in the capital were hit. In Podolsk, fires broke out in several private houses, apartment buildings, and warehouses, while in Sviatoshyn about 10 homes were damaged. Fires were also reported in the Goloseevsk and Solomeansk sectors.

At the same time, Russian attacks have affected the infrastructure in three districts of the Kiev region – Bucea, Vishgorod and Obuhov. According to the region’s governor, Timur Tkacenko, a private house was destroyed in Vishgorod, and rescuers found the lifeless body of a child under the rubble.

In Bucea, three houses, two warehouses and several cars were damaged, and three people, including a child, were injured.
