Prime Minister-designate Alexandru Munteanu presented his program of activities to Parliament, appearing before the plenary session together with the members of his cabinet.

At the beginning of the plenary session, all those present honored the national anthem.

During his speech, Alexandru Munteanu promised that he would be a prime minister who listens, respects, and works, not a populist one.

After the presentation of the program entitled “EU, Peace, Development,” which sets out the main directions for action of the future executive, representatives of each faction asked questions. The debates and speeches lasted more than eight hours.










According to the Constitution, after the vote of confidence, the president officially appoints the government, and the new executive takes office on the day it is sworn in before the head of state.
