Children with severe disabilities can receive specialized assistance at a placement and rehabilitation center on Cuza Voda Avenue in the capital. Chisinau City Hall says the service prevents children from being separated from their families and ensures continuity of care, reports IPN.
The beneficiaries of the “Respiro” social service are severely disabled children aged between 1 and 12 years. They are placed in the institution once a year, for 30 days, where care is provided 24/24.
The service operates within the Municipal Center for Placement and Rehabilitation of Young Children on Cuza Voda Boulevard, 29/4, with a capacity of eight places.
Applications can be brought to the local Child Rights Protection Directorate.
