Daniel Voda rejected the statements made by the “Heart of Moldova” party led by the former Bashkan of Gagauzia Irina Vlah, who staged an event in the center of the capital city, launching the so-called “People’s Report” on the work of the Recean Cabinet. The event was held in response to “the Prime Minister’s refusal to present a progress report in Parliament,” IPN reports.
“This government cares about transparency. This is defiant and deceiving information. The Government of the Republic of Moldova published a progress report on its website. In other words, the political actor who decided to make this statement public did not even make a minimum effort to verify the information. We firmly reject the absolutely uninspired and uncreative attempts of some political actors to use bureaucratic justifications to attack the government,” said the spokesman for the Executive Daniel Voda.
According to public data, Prime Minister Dorin Recean presented the Government’s last progress report in a plenary session of Parliament on March 14, 2024 and the document referred to the Government’s work in 2023. The Government’s report on the implementation of the National Development Plan for 2024 was published on the website gov.md and contains 120 pages.
