The National House of Social Insurance has funded allowances for families with children, as well as for temporary incapacity for work. The total value of the payments exceeds 345 million lei, reports IPN.
According to CNAS, it is about the one-time birth allowances, allowances for raising or caring for a child, allowances for raising twins. Paternal and maternity allowances were also funded in the same way.
Beneficiaries can withdraw the money once the payments are processed through the government’s electronic payment service (MPay).
Parents are encouraged, after registering the birth of their child at the Public Services Agency, to open a social card at any commercial bank in the Republic of Moldova, in order to benefit from allowances from any corner of the world.
