A new regulation on beer and beer-based beverages, approved by the government, comes into force today. It provides for beer to be marketed only with a certificate or affidavit of conformity, IPN reports.
“The quality of products placed on the market shall be confirmed by the certificate of conformity or by the procedure of declaration of conformity on their own responsibility”, says the regulation published by the National Agency for Food Safety.
According to the ANSA, the declaration of conformity is issued on the basis of the analysis report, which is part of the declaration of conformity on own responsibility, and is issued by an accredited/accredited laboratory.
