Last week, about 400 people were involved daily in the sanitation of the city of Chisinau. The activities were organized even on Saturday and Sunday, specified the head of the General Directorate for Housing and Community Facilities, Ion Burdiumov, reports IPN.

The sanitation works were carried out according to the plan and included cleaning of trash bins, washing of waiting stations, sidewalks, and underground crossings, as mentioned by Ion Burdiumov at the operational meeting of the Chisinau City Hall.

Additionally, unauthorized booths, fences, and anti-parking devices have been dismantled.

During the past week, approximately 210 routes for the removal of construction waste, foliage, and dry branches were carried out.
