An ultra-modern sports complex was inaugurated in the “Dumitru Riscanu” Park in the capital. According to local authorities, such multifunctional areas exist only in the parks of Chisinau: “La Izvor”, “Valea Trandafirilor”, and now also in “Dumitru Riscanu”, reports IPN.
The area includes football fields, beach volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, kickboxing, fitness spaces, as well as shower cabins, sanitary facilities and comfortable changing rooms.
The Mayor General, Ion Ceban, stated that the new sports area is intended for both children and adults, encouraging them to be active and spend quality time together. According to the mayor, in a short time, visitors will also be able to enjoy a new entertainment area, which is in the final stages of completion.
