The parliamentary elections this Sunday, September 28, will be monitored by 3,423 observers, according to the Central Election Commission, quoted by IPN.
Of the total number, 2,496 national observers represent eight public associations in the country. Most observers were accredited at the request of the Promo-LEX Association and the Union of Jurists of Moldova.
At the same time, 912 international observers were accredited, representing 22 diplomatic missions, 15 foreign electoral authorities, 12 international associations, and other institutions.
The OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission will consist of 272 people, and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will be represented by 118 observers.
