Officers of the National Anti-Corruption Center are conducting searches in a corruption case involving employees of the State Inspectorate for Non-Food Product Surveillance and Consumer Protection, reports IPN.
For now, CNA has not provided any further details about the searches or the circumstances of the case.
ISSPNPC has responded, stating that it is open to collaborate with the competent authorities and to provide all the necessary support for the conduct of procedures.
The institution mentions that, for now, it cannot provide additional information about the circumstances of the case, in order to ensure the respect of the presumption of innocence and not to prejudice the progress of the investigation.
