Red flags have been raised on the beaches of the municipality of Guardamar del Segura, following the appearance of the so-called blue dragons. Among the symptoms of a blue dragon sting are nausea, vomiting, and acute allergic dermatitis.
The mayor of Guardamar del Segura, José Luis Sáez, clarified that the ban on swimming in the sea will remain in effect until further notice, without specifying a particular deadline.
