The Dutch company Nolte Mezzanine is expanding its team in Chisinau and offers new opportunities for young people

Press release

The Dutch company Nolte Mezzanine, specialized in the design and construction of mezzanine floors, intermediate platforms, and intelligent space optimization solutions, continues its development in the Republic of Moldova. In its three years of activity in Chisinau, the company has formed a team of ten specialists involved in international projects.

Recently, the team in Chisinau had the honor of hosting Eugeniu Osmochescu, the current interim prime minister of the Republic of Moldova, who previously served as deputy prime minister and minister of economic development and digitalization. During the meeting, he spoke with Pieter Vrieling, commercial director of Nolte Mezzanine, and Denis Rusu, who is responsible for the development of the Moldovan team, about the company’s progress and its plans for local expansion.

For Nolte Mezzanine, the Republic of Moldova represents a strategic location in its international development. The team in Chisinau operates in areas such as engineering, commercial support, project support, and marketing, directly contributing to the implementation of projects for clients from Europe and other international markets.

“Our team in Chișinău has become an important part of our international organization. We see a great deal of talent, professionalism, and a desire for growth in Moldova. That is why we want to continue investing in people and in strengthening the partnership between the Netherlands and the Republic of Moldova”, says Pieter Vrieling, commercial director of Nolte Mezzanine.

The company currently has three open positions in Chisinau and estimates that, over the next two years, the local team will grow to more than twenty employees. At the same time, Nolte Mezzanine plans to develop partnerships with universities in the country, offering internships and opportunities for students to work on their bachelor’s and master’s thesis projects.

The opportunities are particularly aimed at young people interested in engineering, technical drawing, design, international sales, commercial support, marketing and project support. The company offers them the opportunity to work in an international environment, alongside colleagues from Moldova and the Netherlands, contributing to real projects for clients across Europe.

“We started three years ago with a clear vision, and today we have a professional, dedicated, and constantly evolving team. We want to attract motivated people who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and be part of an international company”, says Denis Rusu, head of the Nolte Mezzanine team in Moldova.

The visit of the interim Prime Minister represents a significant moment for the local team and a confirmation of the potential that the company sees in the Republic of Moldova. Through continuous investments in people and the development of local operations, Nolte Mezzanine aims to contribute to the formation of a new generation of technical and commercial specialists.

Tatiana Nistorica has been released from her position as Secretary of State for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry. A decision in this regard was approved on Wednesday by the Government, at the proposal of Minister Radu Musteata, reports IPN.

At the presentation of the proposal for dismissal, the new Minister of Agriculture did not provide details regarding the reasons for the decision. The procedure had been initiated earlier by the former minister Ludmila Catlabuga, following the arrest of the Secretary of State in a corruption case.

Tatiana Nistorică was detained and placed under arrest in a corruption case, in which a representative of a business entity is also being investigated. According to law enforcement, the entrepreneur allegedly offered money to influence the decisions of the National Agency for Food Safety regarding the resumption of fodder imports from Ukraine, which had previously been suspended due to the detection of irregularities.
