Documentary films made at the “Telefilm Chisinau” studio will be screened on December 2, 3, and 5 at the City History Museum, also known as the Water Tower, as part of a new edition of the event “High-altitude Film Nights”, reports IPN.

On Tuesday, December 2, moviegoers are invited to watch the film “At Home in the World,” by Leonid Melnic. And on December 3, a series of short documentaries will be presented: “Just a Copy, Please,” by Maria Ciobanu, “Birds Don’t Fly Far,” by Lucia Taut, “Masters of the Hive,” by Eugeniu Popovici, and “The Nonexistent Break,” by Aaron Schlenter.

The documentary “Metamorphoses,” signed by Lucia Taut, will be broadcast on Friday, December 5.

The films tackle sensitive subjects in the field of human rights, exploring stories that touch the soul and provoke reflection, mention the organizers. All screenings start at 06:00 PM, and admission is free, subject to the availability of seats in the screening room.

The event “Film Nights at Height”, now in its fourth edition, marks the European Night of Cinema. On this occasion, European cultural institutions usually organize free film screenings.
