Weather forecasters issued a yellow code warning from sudden change in the weather conditions for March 22-25. Rain and sleet are forecast for the next few days. A layer of ice will appear on road surfaces, IPN reports.

According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, the weather on Moldova’s territory the next few days will be influenced by cold air masses of arctic origin.

During March 22-25, average daily temperatures will decrease by 5-10 degrees Celsius. On March 23 and 24, the northeastern wind will intensify to 15-18 m/s.
