According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, a mass of arctic air will seriously affect the weather conditions. On September 18, the northwestern wind will intensify to 15-20 m/s.

The highest daytime temperatures will oscillate between +15 and +20 degrees Celsius, while the lowest nighttime temperatures between +4 and +10 degrees Celsius. In the morning of September 19, there will be ground frost of -1..-2 degrees Celsius in the northern districts.
