The works on the sewer pipe going along the section of A. Schusev St between Banulescu-Bodoni Blvd. and Pushkin St will be finished by October 1, while the works on the sewer system on V. Alecsandri St will continue for another two months, IPN reports.

SA Apa-Canal Chisinau director Constantin Becciev said that the portion of V. Alecsandri St from Bucuresti St up to Stefan cel Mare Blvd. will be asphalted this week. From next week, works will start on the section between the streets Bucuresti and A. Mateevici. They will last for two months.

Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that the works will be carried out in the cold period and asked that all the works on the sewerage system be executed between May 1 and September 1.
