A woman died in a traffic accident near Talmaz village of Stefan-Voda district, Dana Andronic, PR specialist of the Traffic Police Division, has told Info-Prim Neo. The truck driven by a 19-year-old man was carrying 10 persons who were returning home after hoeing in the fields. The brake broke on a uneven road and the truck overturned. A 43-year-old woman died on the spot, while another five passengers were rushed to the Stefan Voda district hospital with different injuries. An investigation is under way. A four-year-old child was admitted to Valentin Ignatenco Hopsital in a serious condition. He was struck by a minibus on Ceucari St in Chisinau. The boy suffered a cranial-cerebral trauma, a concussion and injury to internal organs. Another minibus hit a man aged 19, when moving backward, in Causeni town. The victim suffered an open fracture of the cranial bones. One person was killed and 12 hurt in seven accidents that occurred on the national roads yesterday and last night.
