A woman from Chisinau was close to falling down from the 9th floor of an apartment building located on Petru Zadnipru St. She remained pinned to the edge of the balcony, hanging upside down. Rescuers reached her with an aerial extendable ladder.
Press officer of the Chisinau Police Division Natalia Stati said the woman told that she felt sick and went out on the balcony to breathe. She could not explain how she remained suspended.
The woman was transported to the hospital for examinations.
