Warm as in 2000
The average temperature is now by 4-7 degrees Celsius higher than the normal values for this period of the year.
Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, Elina Plesca, deputy head of the State Hydrometerology Service, said such high temperatures during the first days of November are recorded once in 15 years. The weather conditions in 2000 were much the same. Temperatures higher than 20 degrees Celsius at the beginning of November can be recorded once in five years as well, Elina Plesca said.
This week, the temperatures will vary between 15 and 21 degrees Celsius. Thursday and Friday will be the hottest days. There will be fog in the morning.
