Fiodor Ghelici and Igor Caldare, the representatives of the National Anticorruption Council and the Public Association “Moldova mea”, declared war on the rulers who break the law. They called on the jurists and other persons to join those who fight corruption so that the authorities understand that the people are tired of lies and wrongdoings, Info-Prim Neo reports. Fiodor Ghelici believes that the Alliance for European Integration will be functional only if the two leaders with high-ranking posts – the Democratic Speaker Marian Lupu and the Liberal-Democratic Premier Vlad Filat - resign and a new agreement on the formation of the AEI is negotiated. According to Fiodor Ghelici, the strangest reaction in the context of the latest political events is that of the Communists, who earlier said that they will dismiss this government. Ghelici said that after he analyzed the situation, he got the impression that one more head grows on the body of the AEI – that of the Communist leader Vladimir Voronin. The representative of “Moldova mea” Council Igor Caldare spoke about the recent recordings of phone conversations that appeared in the media. Even if it’s proven that the recordings are genuine, they anyway cannot be used as evidence in a criminal case. According to Caldare, society should penalize the politicians so that they learn to behave. Igor Caldare said that they will now start a tougher struggle against the rulers who violate the law and their actions will be continuous in character. “I often said that those who are now in power break the law. The people understand very well what mechanisms they use to keep the power,” said the member of the National Anticorruption Council. The two said they will follow those who enter politics and try to come to power, will find out everything about them and will make the information public so that the people know whom they voted when they go to the polls.
