Moldova will conclude economic accords with Montenegro, as soon will be created a number of joint companies “Moldova's pertaining to two free trade zones – the Community of the Independent States and the Central European Free Trade Agreement – must be used with maximum efficiency,” President Vladimir Voronin stated after the reunion with his Montenegrin counterpart Filip Vujanovic in Chisinau on Monday, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vladimir Voronin has showed willing to cooperate with Montenegro “in absolutely all the areas of economy”. Filip Vujanovic says there is room to exchange experience especially in tourism and agriculture. Referring to the latest developments in process of European integration, Voronin says he highly appreciates the Conclusions of the EU Foreign Ministers of October 13, who confirmed the availability to soon start negotiating a new accord with Moldova. “I remark with satisfaction Montenegro's signing the CEFTA, on October 23, when Moldova holds the presidency of this regional arrangement. For Moldova, the 2008-2009 period is of special importance through the prism of those 5 regional presidencies this country is hold now,” the President stated. At the reunion, the Customs Service chief, Viorel Melnic, has signed an agreement on mutual assistance with his Montenegrin counterpart. It obliges the sides to inform each other about “doubtful deliveries”. It's the first visit of the Montenegrin delegation to Moldova. Vladimir Voronin called it historic.
