Vladimir Voronin inks decree allowing military to go to reserves
Acting president Vladimir Voronin has inked a decree on the passing to reserves of serving military, as their service is over. The same document orders drafting citizens in the fall, Info-Prim Neo learns from the Presidency.
The Government is to establish the number of recruits for the Army, the Internal Affairs Ministry's carabineers and for the Border Guards Service. It will organize the drafting.
In November and December, Moldovan men aged at least 18 will be drafted to serve in the Army, unless they are exempted.
