VinOpera: the festival that features one of the world's finest voices and serves the best red wine

"A great program with interesting and tasty activities." It is how Cristina Frolov, the organizer of the International Festival of Classical Music "VinOpera," describes this year's edition, which will be held for the second consecutive year for three days - on September 6, 14 and 15 - in an interview with RLive TV.

"I am sure it will be a big surprise for our guests - Elena Moșuc is in Moldova for the first time. Everybody understands that she is a diva, a voice not to be missed because we don't know if she will ever come back to the Republic of Moldova," the president of the Constantin Mimi Foundation, Cristina Frolov said.

Just as VinOpera is the perfect combination of classical music and fine wine, all spectators of the Gala evening at Castel Mimi Wine Resort will have the opportunity to savor a wine from a local grape variety produced in limited quantities - The Governor Feteasca Neagra, a Grand Gold medalist at the Mundus Vini wine competition in Germany.

"VinOpera must be exceptional in every way, so we selected the evening wine from the Governor collection—Feteasca Neagra, the best wine of the year according to one of the world's largest wine competitions. There will also be tastings from small producers. All guests who arrive on time this evening will enjoy complimentary oysters paired with a superb sparkling wine that complements seafood, especially oysters. The whole evening will be full of interesting and tasty activities," said the VinOpera Festival organizer.

VinOpera has become the first sustainable event in the Republic of Moldova, thanks to its commitment to nature. Solar energy fully powers the event. Moreover, the event contributes to the development of villages and job creation for local people.

"Above all, we want VinOpera to improve the lives of people in rural communities in the region, offering beauty and a memorable experience. VinOpera is an event that creates new jobs and opportunities for development in the villages where it takes place, so it takes care of the environment, our employees, job creation, and the development of opportunities in those villages," says Cristina Frolov.

This year's edition is also unique in that the money from ticket sales will go to the social projects of the Constantin Mimi Foundation.

"By buying tickets for the first event on the 6th, I support, willy-nilly, without any obligation, other events and social projects that the Constantin Mimi Foundation organizes. This year, we will redirect the profits from ticket sales to the projects that the Foundation realizes in the villages of Bulboaca, Telita, Hirbovat, and Gura Bicului", says the president of the Foundation.
