Latvian airline airBaltic has announced that 4 670 flights planned for the 2025 summer season, including the route from the Lithuanian capital Vilnius to Chisinau, have been canceled. The decision is caused by maintenance problems with aircraft engines, IPN reports, referring to the company's statement.
Passengers are urged to check booking information on the company's website.
The company is offering opportunities to reschedule airBaltic flights or a full refund, if necessary, for customers whose flights have been affected, the company's statement said.
