Murder committed out of inattention as a result of an accidental shot is the version examined now by prosecutors in the case of the murder of the son of MP Nae-Simion Plesca, Dan. The tragedy happened in the evening of March 7, when the MP’s younger son Sorin shod dead his elder brother, IPN reports.

However, the Persecutor General’s Office said the investigation goes on and a final assessment will be made public when all the proofs are examined and Sorin Plesca, who has not been yet found, is questioned.

Sorin Plesca’s parents made repeated calls to their son, asking him to return home. They consider that it was a fatal accident as the two brothers got along together and their younger son ran away after the tragedy being in a state of shock.
