The vehicle registration section in Rybnitsa, which was closed on March 20 in connection with the state of emergency declared in Moldova, restarts work on June 23, IPN reports.
On its website, the Public Services Agency says the two vehicle registration sections situated in the Transnistrian region started work on September 1, 2018 and issue neutral-design license plates (three letters and three digits) and vehicle registration certificates that enable the Transnistrian motor vehicles’ access to international road traffic.
The services are provided by mandatorily obeying the rules to protect from and prevent infection with COVID–19, said the institution.
