U.S. Ambassador to Moldova Dereck J. Hogan donated 80 meals to health care workers at the City Emergency Hospital today as part of the Embassy’s commemoration of American Independence Day, IPN reports.
“Usually Americans celebrate this holiday with a shared meal. Since health conditions prevent us from welcoming Moldovans to eat with us this Independence Day, we brought hundreds of meals to workers at Chisinau’s City Emergency Hospital, Republican Clinical Hospital and Infectious Diseases Hospital for Children,” the U.S. Embassy posted on Facebook.
