A 32 year old man was hospitalized in severe condition at the Burn Center having 60 percent of his skin burnt, consequences of a fire broken under unidentified circumstances. According to doctor coordinator of the Chisinau Emergency Service, Eufalia Negreata, the man, resident of Vadul lui Voda suburban town, held a lit candle in his hands when all of a sudden a flammable liquid was spilled over him. The fire caused him burns of third degree and a shock. Doctors say his state is critical. Inquired by Info-Prim Neo, chief of Press Service at Exceptional Situations Dpt, Alexandru Oprea, said that for the moment the causes of the tragedy are still unknown. Two versions are being investigated – inattentiveness with flammables and suicidal act. The incident occurred in the victim’s household, on Sunday night.
