Two cyclists aged 17 and 19 collided head-on on a road in Cuhnesti village, Glodeni. One of them is in hospital in a very serious condition. Tudor Capatana, spokesman for the Traffic Police Division, has told Info-Prim Neo that the accident happened after midnight. The 19-year-old man suffered a cranial-cerebral trauma, a concussion and went into a cerebral coma. A cyclist ran into an obstacle on a slope near Cucoara village, Cahul. The 22-year-old man got his left leg broken, while his mate aged 18, who traveled on the same bicycle, suffered a concussion. A 12-year-old boy riding a bicycle was struck by a car on Moscovei Blvd. in Chisinau. He received bruises and excoriations. The traffic police during the last 24 hours fined 34 persons for DUI and 77 speeding drivers.
