The Turkish citizen who left the sterile zone of the Chisinau International Airport on the night of May 25 was detained. After the Border Police didn’t allow him to enter the Republic of Moldova, the man left the sterile zone of the airport. The man didn’t meet the formal conditions for entering Moldova, but wasn’t suspected of illegalities and could not be remanded in custody, IPN reports, with reference to the Border Police.
