With the worsening of the crisis in the Transnistrian region, the locals are urged to turn to the National Employment Agency (ANOFM) either to get hired or to be paid unemployment benefit on the right side of the Nistru River, IPN reports.

The Agency said that the interested persons from the Transnistrian region can register as unemployed if they meet a number of conditions: are between 16 years old and the retirement age, are fit for work and are willing to look for a job.

The ANOFM assures that, in order to help the inhabitants of the Transnistrian region, it works closely with employers to find available jobs.

Also, the Agency's mobile teams travel to localities on the left bank of the Nistru to provide citizens there with information about employment opportunities.

The initiative is part of  the ANOFM's measures to support citizens from the left bank of the Nistru and help them overcome the economic crisis and find a stable job in this difficult period, reads a press release of the Agency.
