Sections of national arteries will be temporarily closed to vehicle traffic on Wednesday and Thursday, December 18 and 19 due to the filming for the series "The Jackals", the State Road Administration informed.

The cinematographic project is supported by the Government of the Republic of Moldova, the Parliament and other national institutions, and the filming will not essentially affect road traffic. "The restrictions will be in place for short periods so as to minimize the impact on traffic and will be in strict compliance with the legislation,” assured the Administration.

Tonight, between 06:30 p.m. and 09:30 p.m., there will be temporary traffic restrictions in Strășeni town, on the road section between the R1 Chisinau - Ungheni - border with Romania and Luncilor St.

Today and tomorrow, between 09:30 p.m. and 01:30 a.m., there will be temporary restrictions on the R1 Chisinau - Ungheni - border with Romania road sector, between the exit from Straseni to Bucovăț town, and between 01:30 a.m. and 05:30 a.m.- on the section between the R6 Chisinau - Orhei - Balti road and Alexandru Donici St in Pașcani village.

Drivers are urged by the authorities to show understanding and opt for alternative routes, if possible.
