The Bloc "Together" is dissatisfied with the current regulations concerning the granting of compensations. Its members consider "the heat compensations of only 300-800 lei is a contempt shown for the citizens". The bloc urges the relevant ministry to create a fair and balanced mechanism as the current one does not take into account the real expenses of families and the calculations will be wrong in relation to the citizens, IPN reports.
Among the formulated proposals, the "Together" Bloc mentions the exclusion of the one-off childbirth allowance from the income calculation formula and the inclusion in the calculation formula of the expenses associated with loans and rental as "most of the young families live in rented accommodations and, if these expenses are not calculated, their degree of vulnerability will be totally erroneous". At the same time, the bloc requests that the expenses for study contracts should be included in the calculation formula.
"These regulations were written on the knees and are totally unsuitable. There are articles that discriminately affect a good part of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, which should not happen," said Dinu Plîngău, leader of the DA Platform, which is part of the "Together" Bloc.
The bloc asks to urgently work out regulations for the compensation of economic agents that use natural gas in the production process. Otherwise, the increase in the gas charge will also lead to changes in the prices of a series of consumer products, which will affect the purchasing power of citizens, warn the bloc’s members.
IPN made an inquiry to find out the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection’s reaction to these requests, but has not yet received a response.
