An entrepreneurship development fund will be created in the Transnistrian region in 2019. This will be used to subsidize small, large and medium-sized enterprises and to offer subsidies for investments and state guarantees, IPN reports.
Quoting the head of the so-called Transnistrian government Alexandr Martynov, the local press reported that the fund will be a starting point for those who start or expand businesses. The allocations from the fund will be non-reimbursable. The money could be spent on the purchase of equipment, connection to the power and heat supply and training.
There will be founded business incubators where the beginner entrepreneurs will be counseled in fiscal management by accountants and jurists.
At the first stage, about 40 million rubles will be allocated for providing grants and organizing training.
