The Communists Party of Moldova, the Moldova Noastra Alliance and the Democratic Party open the list of election contenders that broke the law in the campaign for the November 28 legislative elections, shows a report by Promo-Lex Association made public today, Info-Prim Neo reports. The report says the PCRM on October 6 staged a meeting with members of the party and other voters from Taraclia district, which was attend by a number of mayors from the given district. At that time, the mayors were on duty as it was a workday. Also, on October 11 the Communists Party had a meeting with voters in Dorotskaya villag. The head of Dubasari district came to the meeting with the car pool and delivered a speech in favor of the PCRM. On October 8, a leader of the Moldova Noastra Alliance went to Cahul district to meet with voters working at the teacher-training industrial college. After the visit, he held a meeting where campaign in favor of a Moldovan political party. The leader of the Democratic Party Marian Lupu on October 10 had a meeting with voters in Orhei district, before his party was registrar as participant in the campaign by the Central Election Commission. Promo-Lex,head Ion Manole said the association has registered 42 long-term national observes who will work during the election campaign and another 2,500 observers who will monitor the elections all over the country. Once in two weeks, Promo-Lex will present monitoring reports within the Civil Coalition for Free and Fair Election project. The report rendered today covers the period between September 29 and October 12. Three reports will be made public on November 28, while the final report on November 29.
