Three persons applied for the post of president of the National Integrity Authority (NIA) by the November 6 deadline, IPN reports.
The three candidates are: Rodica Antoci, head of the Forensic Lab of the Ministry of Justice’s National Center for Forensic Expertise; Francisco Talmaci, head of the Syntheses, Legal Assistance and Control Division of the Ministry of Finance’s Financial Inspectorate, and Lidia Chireoglo, senior prosecution officer of the National Anticorruption Center.
The contest to fill the post of NIA president is staged the second time. The previous attempt to choose the president was unsuccessful as the two candidates who passed the written test and the interview, Teo Carnat and Victor Stratila, failed the polygraph test.
