Three booklets were edited these days within the project “Reform and modernising of the Customs Service of Moldova”, organised by EUROVAMA of the funds offered by the European Commission.
The senior specialist of the Customs Right, International cooperation and European Integration Department, Elena Cernei, said that the titles of the booklets are suggestive and would be useful for employees of the Customs Service, as well as other interested persons. Thus, the booklets „Conception of the risk management system”, “Strategy of customs activity”, „Guide of the best practices” refer to daily activity of customs’ employees. The researches are the result of sub-projects regarding the efficiency of the customs control and customs clearances, implementation of the customs legislation, analysis of the risks and post-customs audit. Experts of the European Union and of the Customs Service of Moldova sign the booklets.
The booklets will be disseminated within the central authorities of the Customs Service of Moldova, customs offices and will offer transparency and methodological support to customs staff.
